Earlier in June, the University of Bradford held its 3-minute PhD competition, in which graduate students have just 3 minutes to present their thesis topic. Lizz's presentation, titled 'What lies beneath: searching for the first Americans in the Gulf of Mexico' describes her research into submerged landscapes and won the People's Choice Award.
