Harding PhD, Ben Urmston, has been working with Lampeter and Prof Martin Bates on a Late Pleistocene Lake edge at Llanllyr, at Talsarn in Ceredigion. Ben is surveying a range of proxy lake edge sites to compare with extensive marine magnetometry as part of his PhD. We hear that he’s glad he took his wellies (!)
